As directed by §13-3-115, C.R.S., the Adult Diversion Funding Committee is comprised of representatives from the Office of the Attorney General, the Colorado District Attorneys' Council, the Office of the State Public Defender, the Division of Criminal Justice in the Department of Public Safety and the Office of the State Court Administrator.
The Committee meets bi-monthly. Meetings will be virtual until further notice.
