State Funding Information

FY26 State Funding (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026)

  • The Adult Diversion Funding Committee has finalized all FY26 state funding awards, with funds going to the following District Attorney's Offices:
    • 1st Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 2nd Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 6th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 7th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 9th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 14th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 20th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 22nd Judicial District Attorney's Office

FY27 State Funding (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027)

  • The FY27 Adult Diversion state funding process will begin in calendar year 2026. Once the Adult Diversion Funding Committee has established a timeline for the FY27 funding process, it will be available here.
