State Funding Information

FY26 State Funding (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026)

  • The Adult Diversion Funding Committee has finalized all FY26 state funding awards, with funds going to the following District Attorney's Offices:
    • 1st Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 2nd Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 6th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 7th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 9th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 14th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 20th Judicial District Attorney's Office
    • 22nd Judicial District Attorney's Office

FY27 State Funding (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027)

  • The FY27 Adult Diversion state funding process is currently open. Any Colorado District Attorney’s Office operating or seeking to operate an adult diversion program consistent with C.R.S. 18-1.3-101 may apply for funding.
  • All FY27 applications must be submitted by 5pm MST on May 1, 2026.
